For fed, an important part of our partnership with our clients is the organisation’s appetite for growth both in fundraised income and the utilisation of a combination of data driven insights and emotional intelligence in their approach to donor communications.

We work with very small organisations and their boards to determine whether a path for growth exists; and build both a business case for stakeholders and a case for support for donors.

In addition, we can work with you to develop a roadmap for growth with as much or as little one-to-one consultancy support for the execution, as required.

We also work with more established not-for-profits to evaluate and redefine their current fundraising strategy, whether that be a fresh look at their appeals program or to develop a business case for a new income or prospect stream.
